the basics. 30 days. original condition. tags on. receipt handy. that's it. email us at hello@weardeadpan.com to kick things off and we'll send a return label. don't just ship it back without asking first - we'll have no idea what to do with it.

something arrived wrong or broken. inspect your order when it shows up. if it's defective, damaged, or just not what you ordered, tell us immediately and we'll make it right. we're reasonable people.

what we can't take back. sale items and gift cards are final. we also can't accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases - but if you were planning to return those, we have bigger questions. custom or personalized items are yours to keep too.

exchanges. return what you have, wait for approval, then buy the thing you actually wanted. clean and simple.

refunds. once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. if it is, the refund hits your original payment method within 10 business days. banks are slow - give it time. if 15 business days have passed and nothing's happened, email us at hello@weardeadpan.com and we'll figure it out.
