your order is made when you place it. that means it takes 2-5 business days to produce before it ships. this is not a warehouse situation.

domestic shipping free. always. estimated delivery is 3-8 business days after fulfillment. we don't control the postal system. nobody does.

international shipping also free. estimated delivery is 10-20 business days after fulfillment. customs may have thoughts. we cannot help with that.

returns if your order arrived damaged or we printed the wrong thing, we'll fix it. contact us within 30 days of delivery.

if you ordered the wrong size, we understand. we cannot help with that. the size guide exists for this reason.

lost packages if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us. we'll figure it out.
